  • We offer therapeutic support for individuals navigating psychological adjustment following workplace injuries. Our service support clients through:

    • Adjustment to Injury Counselling

    • Treatment for psychological injuries such as trauma, anxiety, or difficulty returning to work

    • Preparing for a safe and sustainable return to work. 

    We are registered with Workcover QLD and experienced in working collaboratively with case managers, GPs, and rehab providers to help you regain your confidence and wellbeing through each stage of recovery.

    Located in Sippy Downs, we provide in-person and telehealth support for WorkCover QLD clients across the Sunshine Coast and South East Queensland

  • We partner with organisations around Australia to deliver discreet, solution-focused support via Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Counselling.

    EAPs provide employees with short-term, confidential counselling to help manage personal or work-related challenges that may be impacting their wellbeing, performance, or relationships—at work and beyond.

    Our EAP services support individuals navigating:

    • Stress, burnout, and workplace fatigue

    • Anxiety, depression, and emotional distress

    • Relationship or family difficulties

    • Conflict resolution and communication

    • Work-related trauma or critical incidents

    • Life transitions and personal development

    Our EAP service includes both in person sessions at our Sippy Downs Clinic and secure telehealth appointments Australia-wide.

  • We understand the unique ways neurodivergent minds perceive and interact with the world. We work collaboratively to support emotional regulation, executive functioning, and self-understanding—while also building on strengths such as creativity, focus, and divergent thinking.

    We offer tailored therapy designed to support you in building emotional regulation, improving executive functioning, and developing tools for social connection, confidence and wellbeing. We work with Adults, adolescents & parents of neurodivergent children, and late-diagnosed ADHD and ASD individuals.

  • Throughout the year, Harmony Psychology offers small-group therapy programs designed to help you build practical skills, improve emotional regulation, and connect with others navigating similar experiences.

    Our groups programs are facilitated by registered psychologists in our dedicated group therapy room in Sippy Downs. These programs combine structured learning with compassionate support—ideal for individuals seeking growth, connection, and meaningful change.

      12 weeks skills-based group program (2hrs, weekly)

  • For convenience, we offer Telehealth services to keep momentum between sessions from the comfort of your home, office or out on the road. 

     

    For a smooth and engaging session, all you need is a quiet private space and a device with a camera, microphone, and speakers, plus a reliable internet connection. 

    Please be aware that while Telehealth provides flexibility, it’s important to have a stable network connection to ensure the best quality experience. Lastly, some services may be better suited for in person sessions to fully support your needs.
