Indi works with adults, adolescents, and children, using a calm, compassionate, and person-centred approach to therapy. He seeks to support his clients’ autonomy while helping them navigate and manage life’s challenges

Indi's professional experience as a psychologist began working with children and adolescents with autism, anxiety and trauma. He has since gained considerable clinical experience supporting adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and elevated psychological distress. Beyond providing treatment and care to individuals across the lifespan, Indi is experienced in providing forensic assessments and psychological assessments for individuals with autism and ADHD.

As a Registered Psychologist, Indi emphasises evidence-based frameworks that are individualised to his clients' needs and values. Indi views therapy as active and collaborative, rather than a passive process, with a focus on the application of tools and strategies in clients' lives that are enacted between sessions.

Indi is passionate about innovating and further developing evidence-based psychotherapies. He researches and publishes extensively on physical activity as a treatment for mental health challenges, and delivers workshops.
