Harmony Psychology is a growing private psychology practice in Sippy Downs on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. We are actively growing our team and look for Psychologists who are looking for a supportive, professional and collaborative environment.

We offer rolls to clinicians who value high-quality, evidence-based psychological care and want to build a sustainable private practice without carrying the full administrative burden themselves.

Our purpose-built, retreat-style clinic provides a calm and professional environment for clinical work, supported by a dedicated administration team, strong referral pathways, professional development, and strategic marketing. Our aim is to create an environment where psychologists can focus on what they do best while being supported to grow and develop professionally.

Subcontractor Psychologist Roles For:
Clinical Psychologists, General Psychologists, Clinical Registrars, & Provisional Psychologists

    • Providing psychological therapy within a private practice setting to a diverse client group, including children, adolescents & adults

    • Clinicians must be able to commit to a minimum of two client days, with availability for three to four days per week if desired.

    • Willingness to offer some morning (from 7:30am) or evening appointments (finishing at 6:30pm) is required.

    • Saturday sessions are available for clinicians who wish to work weekends only.

    • Candidates with experience in one or more of the following is highly desirable :

      • Trained in a trauma-informed approach.

      • EMDR trained, or a willingness to undertake EMDR training is preferred.

      • Experience working with complex trauma

      • Experience in previous private practice setting

      • Experience working with children and teens

    • Applicants must be fully registered, hold a Medicare Provider Number, and have an ABN.

    • Thoughtfully designed, boutique therapy spaces that prioritise both comfort and clinical functionality.

    • Strategic, proven marketing to actively grow your private practice presence and professional reputation.

    • A warm, highly skilled administrative team, trained to deliver high quality customer care, dynamic diary management, and industry knowledge.

    • A Service Fee Agreement
