As a dedicated general psychologist, Jennifer is passionate about supporting adolescents and adults through life’s challenges. She has experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including helping those experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, health anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, depression, and those adjusting to significant life changes. Jennifer particularly enjoys working with students, guiding them through academic and personal challenges.
Her therapy style is characterized by a calm and curious approach, creating a safe space for exploration and growth. Jennifer works collaboratively with clients to achieve their personal therapy goals, utilising evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This ensures that sessions are tailored to each client’s unique needs.
In addition to her professional expertise, Jennifer is a wife and a mother, which informs her empathetic understanding of family dynamics and the complexities of balancing personal and professional lives. She is also registered with Education Queensland as a teacher and has led resilience programs for teenage women, empowering them to cultivate strength and confidence in themselves. It is Jennifer’s privilege to partner with clients on their journey to well-being, resilience, and personal growth.
