Status: Accepting New Clients

Sarah is a trauma-informed psychologist who works with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, and relational difficulties. Sarah brings a grounded, kind and collaborative approach, creating a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered

Sarah is a wife, mother, business owner, and Clinical Psychologist — with a long-standing passion for walking alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions.

Sarah’s professional journey began over two decades ago, working as a youth pastor and residential support worker for young people in the child safety system. From there, she became a high school chaplain, supporting the social, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing of more than 1,600 teenagers and their families.

Over time, she noticed a shift, in that the challenges young people and families were facing were growing more complex and that’s when her journey into the field of psychology began.

Working with people from all walks of life, Sarah understands that the human experience is made up of seasons: some of suffering and pain, others of healing and growth. She believes it’s not what happens to us that defines us — but what we choose to do with it.

As a Clinical Psychologist, Sarah sees her role as someone who jumps into the trenches of life with you and guides you through to wide open spaces. Whether you're facing anxiety, navigating major stressors, feeling stuck by trauma, Sarah offers support, tools for the journey, and a way forward.

Today, as the founder of a growing psychology practice on the Sunshine Coast, she remains deeply connected to this calling, finding purpose in supporting anyone who walks through the doors of Harmony Psychology.
